2008 Conference Registration
 

To register online, complete the form below and when you click on the submit button you will be taken to PayPal where you can pay online. You pay for your merchandise through PayPal as well. You will not be registered until you have completed the PayPal process after which you will receive a confirmation from PayPal.

If you have already completed this form, you may go directly to PayPal.

After registering, please make your reservation at the Peabody Hotel. You can do that online using our Group Number: 553197, or by calling 1-800-PEABODY and asking to reserve at the group rate with Southwest Unitarian Universalist Women. Be sure to reserve your hotel room by January 22nd to assure that you have a room in our block at the reduced rate of $119/night for a double. If you have any trouble accessing the room block online, be sure to call the hotel. Rooms are available although there have been some issues with their website.
